The Townsend Harris Alumni Association Inc. represents more than 6,000 graduates of Townsend Harris Hall, Townsend Harris High School and Townsend Harris High School at Queens College. The association is a nonprofit corporation chartered in the State of New York.

Management of the association rests with a Board of Directors, which convene for quarterly meetings from September through June in New York City. The board is elected at an annual meeting of the general membership. The association’s bylaws were first adopted in 1983.
